Each year, more than 300 million visitors come to national parks knowing they will have an exceptional experience. Maintaining the roads and bridges, visitor centers, historic buildings, trails, and campgrounds that make parks such incredible places to visit is an enormous task.

Challenge: Inspire support for long-overdue infrastructure investment across America's public lands by reframing deferred maintenance as a human-centered story.
Strategy: Led the creative development of a national campaign grounded in emotional storytelling, strategic partnerships, and cross-platform alignment. Directed all aspects of production and message architecture to build broad-based resonance across government, public, and philanthropic audiences.
Result: Played a key role in helping secure over $16 billion in federal funding and continues to be used as a model for high-impact storytelling across the agency.
